With apologies to Mr. Nesmith for paraphrasing his song title, this may be the infusion that kicked in.
I’m starting to feel general fatigue, see some little rashes pop up on my arms and carry a low level headache through the day. All of these are expected side effects, and none is unmanageable.
If you have been following along, this is what was being anticipated with the delay of the CT until month’s end. That, after the last infusion, indications of the drugs activity in my body would present.
I’m taking this as a good (?!?) sign. I have added a “get moving” alarm to my phone each morning at 9:30 so I make sure I run or walk or swim or bike and not just sink into the couch. Reading, light computer work, general household stuff and errands all seem to be fine as well. Also, my well-developed espresso habit doesn’t hurt either.
So chugging along, hope to have the updated progress report early in August for all to see
Stay safe, be kind
Oh wow- okay. Sad to hear you’re not feeling great but also, like you said, maybe the trade off is good and the medicine is working well? Sending love and hugs and believing for good report when MRI comes at month’s end. Love you big bro! #bekind
Rooting for you!
Wishing you strength and a positive grip Chuck. Thinking about you.
Cliff.
Praying for your strength and continued progress!!
